TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All photographs are hand printed on glossy or matt black & white silver-halide photographic paper to the highest standards directly from the original camera negatives. All prints are ‘full bleed’ without borders.
Negatives have not entered a ‘digital environment’ at any stage of production or have been retouched in any way. Some prints may be ‘spotted’ to reduce physical or impregnated marks from the film.
A limited print run of only 150 will be made from each negative and a signed and numbered ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ will be supplied with all prints.
When all limited editions run out, the negatives will not be destroyed so that the images may be used for other purposes such as licensing.
The original film format is square giving square ‘full frame’ prints.
We are able to produce rectangular (cropped image) prints from some pictures. Those selected pictures will be clearly shown.
We’re happy to be flexible enough for you to choose a custom print size not shown. These will be available at 20% extra cost ( priced from the nearest available size ) up to a maximum size of 20”x16”. Please contact us for a quote.
Photographic prints are not mounted or framed.
All photographs are printed to order, so please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery (UK).
Orders sent through the post are insured and will require a signature upon delivery.
Smaller prints (up to 10”x8”) are sent in rigid card backed envelopes while bigger prints are sent rolled in rigid postal tubes.
Personal collection is possible (from Southend-on-Sea, Essex). Please contact us first before placing an order.
We want you to be happy with your order and will accept returns. However as all prints are specifically made to order, this will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Please be sure before ordering.
Prints must be returned via an insured postal service at your own expense.
We will also require a signed declaration that the print(s) have not been copied before refunds are made.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if print(s) are returned damaged without original packaging.
Payments are accepted via PayPal (Credit and debit card payments can be made via PayPal).
